Timesheets are submitted by email or our Business WhatsApp account using the details provided to you by your dedicated Consultant.
In instances where our clients use their own online systems, in a “direct engagement” model, you may be required to submit your hours through one of these portals, but our team is on hand to guide you through this.
Direct engagement means you are paid directly by the client, through a portal, rather than through us.
Candidates working in a direct engagement placement will be paid on a weekly pay run, as standard, some direct engagement providers may have other benefits including access to the NHS pension scheme, however this varies between Trusts.
Your Consultant will tell you if your placement is direct engagement, and ensure you receive clear instructions on what to do.
How long does it take for my pay to reach my bank account, once it’s been processed by Payroll?
We run our Payroll on a Thursday therefore if you are working with timesheet submissions, you will be paid the next working day after Payroll process your timesheet (assuming no queries are raised, such as a missing authorisation signature).
Timesheets need to be submitted by a deadline of 10:00am on Tuesdays in order to be processed.
If you are working through direct engagement, payment will depend on the Trust and the payment portal they use.
You will agree your hours of work upfront and be expected to take an unpaid lunch break in the majority of our roles. This does vary depending on the hours you are working.
We have a number of payment options (PAYE, PSC (Personal Service Company)/Ltd (Limited Company) and approved umbrella companies) though some are options are dictated by the client we place you with. These can be discussed with your Consultant directly.
