At Evergood Associates our Social Value Policy sets out the many ways in which we engage with our community and our approach to social value measurement and management. This includes a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform under which we carry out our charitable activities. All staff receive two fully paid days annually to carry out charitable work, either through the company’s charity partnership, or with a charity of their choosing.
We are delighted to have entered into a new partnership with our local NHS charity to carry out group-wide CSR initiatives from 2024:

Bluebell and Bramble Ward Gardens, Lister Hospital, Stevenage
Evergood Does Good team spent a day refreshing the paediatric wards’ gardens at The Lister Hospital, making it a bright, cheerful and user-friendly space for children of all abilities on the wards to enjoy, together with the parents and carers.

This fundraising initiative was also supported by other members of staff who undertook bake sales, sponsored walks with their children and other running activities, raising £1230 for Streets2Homes, Harlow.
